💫 What to expect:
💪 Gentle Fitness (30 mins)
We’ll start with beginner-friendly workouts that activate your full body – think HIIT, glutes, core, legs, and light stretches. No matter your fitness level, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Andrea will guide you with love and motivation.
🧘 Self-Reflection & Journaling
You’ll get to know yourself on a deeper level with journaling prompts that help you check in with yourself, your emotions, and your body. This is your moment to reconnect with yourself and cultivate inner strength.
🩷 Girls Support Girls
We close every session with an open, supportive sharing circle. A space where women lift each other up, share authentically, and hold space for one another. No judgment – just real talk and real connection.
