Who's coming to the next one?! Join us for a 30-minute virtual class on cultivating self-love! In this class, we'll explore practical tools and exercises to help you cultivate a deeper sense of love and acceptance towards yourself. See below for the topic!
Through guided reflection, mindful breathing exercises, and self-love practices, you'll begin to:
