Walking meditations on Tao Te Ching

Details
Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 12 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.
Verse 12 of Tao Te Ching
"The five colors blind the eye.
The five tones deafen the ears.
The five flavors dull the palate.
Racing and chasing causes
our heart-mind to go mad.
Valuable and precious goods
hinder our actions.
This is why the sage cares
for his inner vision instead of
what he sees with his eyes.
He lets go of the second
and chooses the first."
I welcome you towards a fruitful reflection and meditation experience!!
