Walking meditations on Tao Te Ching

Details
Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 22 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.
Verse 22 of Tao Te Ching
"Yield and become whole.
Bend and become straight.
Empty yourself and become filled.
Grow old yet become renewed.
Have little yet gain much.
Possess much yet become confused.
The sage embraces the one
and becomes a model
for all under Heaven.
She is not aggressive
and so she is able to achieve greatness.
She does not boast
and so she is recognized by all.
She does not contend with anyone
and so no one under Heaven contends with her.
The ancients said, “Yield and become whole.”
Is this an empty saying?
Become whole and you will be restored to Tao."
I welcome you towards a fruitful reflection and meditation experience!!
