Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 29 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 29 of Tao Te Ching

"Those who desire to control Heaven and Earth
will not succeed.
The world is sacred.
One cannot grasp it or control it.
Those who attempt to control it
will ruin it.
Those who attempt to grasp it will lose it.
It is natural that
sometimes it is right to move forward
and at other times to follow from behind.
Sometimes breathing is easy
and sometimes it is difficult.
Sometimes we are strong
and other times we are weak.
Sometimes we are up,
sometimes we are down.
Thus the sage avoids extremes and excess
and rejects extravagance."

I welcome you towards a fruitful reflection and meditation experience!!
