Dear friends
During this special edition during the auspicious occasion of winter solstice we are organising yoga and meditation session in a yoga studio. We will come together to start with yoga asanas, deep relaxation techniques , breathing exercises and then will discuss and meditate on the concept of Tao.
I welcome you to experience the inner balance and harmony with our internal and external nature.

We will be organising this event in a yoga studio and we plan to share the cost according to the number of participants, which is limited to 10. The price might vary from 5-8 euros per person which you can tikkie after the session.
