Walking meditations on Tao Te Ching

Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 35 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 35 of Tao Te Ching

"The one who holds to the great image of Tao—
all beings under Heaven will follow him.
They will come to no harm,
only peace and contentment.
There is fine food and music
and travelers come by and stop.
Yet to speak the word Tao
is tasteless and has no flavor.
If one tries to see it, it cannot be seen.
If one listens for it, it cannot be heard.
Yet it will never be exhausted."
