Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 37 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 37 of Tao Te Ching

"Tao does not act
yet there is nothing that it does not achieve.
If people could uphold this
then everything would transform itself naturally.
If they still desire to act
they should themselves return
to nameless simplicity (pu).
By returning to nameless simplicity
there is no desire
and with no desire
things return to tranquility.
Then all under Heaven
will naturally calm themselves."

Welcome to a beautiful reflection and walking meditation experience!
