Dear friends
During this event we will concentrate on verses from chapter 43 of Tao Te Ching. We will reflect together this chapter and then will go for a 20 minute walking meditation in the park!!
Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is a chinese classical text with 81 verses of wisdom. Though Tao Te Ching has been interpreted subjectively according to who is reading it, for a seeker on the path of wisdom it is a wonderful and precise guide to the process of becoming an enlightened being, to accomplish, within oneself, a high level of spiritual cultivation.

Verse 43 of Tao Te Ching

"The most yielding under Heaven
overcomes the hardest under Heaven.
What has no form can enter
where there is no space.
Because of this I know
that nonaction is most beneficial.
Teaching without words
and doing without doing—
few people understand this."

Welcome to a beautiful reflection and walking meditation experience!
