WoodWalk - Nature's Path to Climate Resilience: Insights and Emotions

Details
You like nature, you like walking through the woods and you feel like self-reflection and exchange with like-minded individuals support your well-being? Then be our guest at the next Reflection WoodWalk :-)
This WoodWalk edition will be hosted by climate psychologist Anna Pribil. She will guide us on a "resilience walk" through the woods of Graz. We are looking forward to meeting like-minded people who would like to spend some time walking through the woods together. Will you be one of them? :-)
We cultivate the PWYW philosophy. By the end of the event, you can decide how much you would like to give. Feel free to give what you feel comfortable with between 15€ and 3€.
When?
- Meeting point is at 4:45 pm. at the tram station "Waldhof" (tram 1).
- Please aim to be on time so we can start our walk together as a group. Please note that we cannot wait for late participants since we want to return back in time.
Where?
- We meet at the tram station "Waldhof" (tram 1).
- We encourage you to arrive climate-friendly via public transport. From Graz-Umgebung, there are several trains (S-Bahn) to Graz Hauptbahnhof. From there, you can take tram no. 1 (direction Mariatrost) to the station "Waldhof", which takes 33 minutes. We will meet you at the tram stop.
How does the route look like?
We will walk in a mostly flat area.
What should I bring?
- Since it can be muddy or slippery at times, please bring appropriate shoes.
- Also, make sure you bring everything you need to feel comfortable for the walk (like water, snacks, raincoat).
- Since it will be dark by the end of our walk, please bring a flashlight.
- And don't forget your questions for Anna, if you have any :-)
How much does it cost?
We cultivate the PWYW philosophy. By the end of the event, you can decide how much you would like to give. Feel free to give what you feel comfortable with between 15€ and 3€.
Can I bring my dog? Can I bring little kids?
Unfortunately not. Our format is a seminar/workshop which focuses on mindfulness exercises and self reflection in silence. Even though we believe that your dog is super cute and will behave, it would be very hard to manage if several people brought their dogs or little kids.
What else do I need to know?
We ask you: If your plans change, please change your RSVP. This is important for the organizers so we can plan accordingly. Also, there is a maximum of participants, so if you book a spot, we expect you to participate. Your plans change? Just let us know by changing your RSVP. Thank you, we really appreciate it!
♡
We are very much looking forward to seeing you there! :-)
