Join this group meeting to learn what being self-actualized really means. Understanding the principals of Karma is essential to become self-actualized so we talk about the concepts quite a bit. This understanding helps a person be able to integrate the following: a self-actualized person knows exactly who he/she is and why he/she is here on earth at this time and has self-love. This person moves through life understanding that he is a Soul inhabiting a physical body. She knows that she is connected to the Father Source Energy and Mother Earth energy and lives with confidence and self-awareness of her thoughts, words, and deeds and how they effect herself and those around her. He understands that he is not responsible for how others react to him, but is very responsible for how he reacts to others. A self-actualized person is able to discern in the moment between what is "my stuff vs your stuff" and have the ability to maintain a neutral position. This person has the ability to understand that "everything is not about me". The ego makes this a difficult concept to take in and utilize. It takes practice to reign in the ego and live fully in your true energy, but the rewards of living a happier life are worth it.

The group meeting scheduled the third Wednesday of each month at 3pm will continue for new members to get acquainted with me and what I am teaching/coaching.

I will start booking sessions again for the other three Wednesdays at 10am, 1pm and 3pm and the third Wednesday at 10am and 1pm. Direct Message me to request the day and time you are interested in.
