Philosophical self-inquiry meeting
Details
This Meeting Location: Study Room D - second floor.
Topic: What is this thing called Self?
Consider the possibilities that:
You are never that which is seen. You are that which sees.
You are never that which is observed. You are that which observes.
You are never that which is experienced. You are that which experiences.
What are you?
How can you observe the observer??
We meet on alternate Saturdays (occasionally with an extra week between), and since 2013 all meetings were at the Main Alachua County Library unless we indicate otherwise. We will notify you as soon as possible about the room location. Check with the information desk on the 2nd floor if in doubt.
> Philosophical Self-Inquiry is an unconventional adventure.
> Philosophy is the study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence.
> Self-Inquiry is going within to find answers.
> The general self-inquiry question for each meeting: What are you at the core of your being?
