About us

A small, in person group for those drawn to self-inquiry, non-duality, and the spiritual path. It's aimed at those tired or frustrated with chasing more spiritual experiences, accumulating more beliefs or trying to find enlightenment.

Through a direct experience that arose in 2020 I aim to speak directly to those worn down by seeking, self improvement, conflicted about how to be "in the world but not of it", or who needs a refreshing approach to realising their own true nature.

Topics explored will include Vedanta, non-duality, life after awakening, consciousness, Self Inquiry, with some time set aside in each talk for quiet contemplation in a quiet, accepting and private space.

There are no beads, beards, robes, chanting, crystals or awakenings on offer.
