Welcome to our weekly classes where those of like-mind and like-heart come together to explore how to live a life of love and heart mastery while living out in the world. This week and for a series of weeks we are entering into a spiritual book club, reading excerpts from
'You are a Leaf on the Soul Tree: Spiritual Alchemy & The Tree of Life'
by Segolene King from the Insight Series.
Each class you will experience an energetic hygiene meditation, followed by a reading from the book and then time to explore, chat and question from your own inner knowing.

Here is a little bit about the book:

Who are we, really?
Why are we here?
What is the point of our lives? Sooner or later, most of us face an existential crossroads, and ask ourselves the big questions.

In a world filled with noise, frantic activity and superficial distractions, it is easy to feel alienated when we yearn for deeper meaning and purpose.

Starting with the individual experience of awakening, via a grand tour of spiritual cosmology, initiation and reincarnation, You are a Leaf on the Soul Tree provides much needed answers to the spiritual malaise and questioning of the modern seeker. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of the Path of Spiritual Alchemy, this book invites us to consider a profound reorientation of both understanding and attitude, so we may find our path home again, in the Knowing of the Soul Tree.

These classes have been held since 2007 by an experienced facilitator. For those interested in finding out a little bit more about the group and myself, you can click on the 'about' page. Those that regularly come to class say they feel "lighter, held in a warm, nurturing space" and feel ready to enjoy the rest of their day.

Times
Weekly classes are held ONLINE every Saturday and is held at 9.00 am, finishing at approximately 10.00 am. Please arrive on time or a few minutes EARLY as I do not let late comers in.

Payment
Cost: Class is offered on a donation basis, a suggested amount of £5 per class depending on your income. If you genuinely can't afford £5, then a gold coin donation is recommended. A gold coin donation is requested to cover costs such as meet up fees, conferencing fees and in respect of the expertise, professional experience and time exchange. How to attend
These classes are held via Microsoft Teams. The link below is NOT accurate. All you need to do is RSVP and I will send you the correct Teams link which takes you straight into class. You do not need a Teams account as you can join as a guest. Please make sure you have your messages turned on so you can receive the full details.
