Nok’s Kitchen — Inaugural Dinner
Laos: mountains, the Mekong, “Land of a Million Elephants.” I’ve never been.
Nok’s Kitchen: authentic Lao soul food, known for their pork sausage and crispy rice salad. I’ve never been there either.
Time to fix both. Join me in Westminster for some ອາຫານເປັນຊດ.
The deal:

Family-style — we order a spread and share. Your mom’s been telling you to do this since you were two.
