Overcoming childhood trauma by learning to live and thrive in the present.
We will discuss issues that still affect us as adults. We will show compassion and empathy towards one another while counting our blessings and acknowledging the courage it took to survive. This is a support group for survivors who need like minded individuals to lean on and relate to. This is about living, and living well. We will read books, picnic, fish in ponds, journal, and many other healthy activities that encourage good overall well-being.
