The Big Sit! at Lake Jesup Park

Join Seminole Audubon Society for The Big Sit! at Lake Jesup Park on Sunday, October 11th from 7 – 11 am. The Big Sit! is an annual international event hosted by the New Haven Bird Club. We will record all the birds we can see or hear while staying within a 17-foot circle. A tent will be available for shade. All levels and ages of birders are welcome. Come for an hour or two or stay for the entire time. Please bring your birding equipment, bug spray, a chair, water and snacks. Accessible parking is available. No restrooms are at this site. Coordinator for this event is Leslie Martin.

This gathering is accessible for all, including those who have a disability, a mobility challenge, blind or low vision, or are deaf or hard of hearing.
