Looking for a fun and relaxed way to play table tennis in Tokyo?
Join our beginner-friendly, casual table tennis session in Chiyoda!
Most participants are:

• Beginners
• People returning after a long break
• Solo participants 😊

A few experienced players also join to keep things friendly and enjoyable for everyone.
This is not a competitive club or training session.
It’s a relaxed and welcoming place to enjoy table tennis.

• Warm-up rallies
• Casual singles games
• Light practice matches

No intense drills.
No pressure to win.

• Beginners
• People who haven’t played in a long time
• Anyone looking for a friendly, non-competitive group

Experienced players are welcome if you can play at a beginner-friendly pace.

650 yen
(Includes gym fee + ball & equipment costs)
This is a non-profit community activity.

• Bring your own racket, or
• Use one of our rental rackets

### 🗣 Language note

The organizer speaks Japanese only.
However, table tennis is easy to enjoy even without much language, and many international participants have joined before without any problem 😊

## 🏓 2/7（土）千代田・初心者向けゆる卓球

はじめまして！
2月7日（土）18:00〜21:00 に、
**千代田区スポーツセンター（神田）**で
初心者中心のゆるい卓球を行います。
参加者の多くは、
初心者・ブランクあり・一人参加の方です😊
そこに、初心者に配慮できる経験者の方が少し混ざる、
やさしい雰囲気の卓球会です。
「運動不足を解消したい」
「久しぶりに卓球をしたい」
「一人で参加できる場所を探している」
そんな方にぴったりです。

※一般公開の卓球場を利用します

・基礎ラリー
・軽めのシングル練習
・ゆるい練習試合
※ガチな試合やハードな練習は行いません
※初心者ペースで進めます

### 👥 参加対象

・初心者
・久しぶりに卓球をする方
・一人参加の方
※経験者の方は、初心者のペースに合わせて楽しめる方のみ歓迎です

650円
（体育館代＋ボールなどの消耗品代）

・運動できる服
・室内シューズ
・ラケット（レンタル可）

### 🗣 言語について

主催者は 日本語のみ対応 となります。
ただし、卓球は言葉が少なくても楽しめるため、
これまで海外の方の参加実績もあり、問題なく開催できています😊
