Our bright, open gym space transforms into an immersive setting for a guided, full-body class that blends movement, breathwork, and music — all experienced through wireless headphones. Led by a SANCTUM Guide, the session is designed to get your body moving, quiet your mind, and bring the group together, no experience or fitness level required.
Following the experience, stay for a community social and connect with fellow participants.
Please wear comfortable athletic clothing suitable for movement. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
