Join Go Georgia at Specialized Atlanta (112 Krog St NE) at 2 pm on Tuesday May 20th for a discussion based class on cycling strategies and equipment for seniors and others with trouble balancing or joint pain. Biking is a great activity because it is adaptable based on where you ride, how you ride, and what bike your're riding. Come learn about why you might want to consider getting back into biking if you stopped and what you can change about your approach to make it a more accessible activity. After the discussion there will be a short ride or walk on the nearby belt line segment with the aim being to conclude at 3 pm.
