SBHIS Medicare Solutions, in partnership with the City of Tempe and Tempe Community Health & Human Services, is bringing a meaningful morning of health education, wellness, and community resources to the Escalante neighborhood—and we would love for you to be part of it!

The Escalante Multi-generational Center welcomes youth, adults, families, and seniors, giving vendors a wonderful opportunity to connect with community members of all ages. We look forward to coming together to share helpful information, services, and resources in a welcoming environment.
September is the National Suicide Prevention Month.
This event will help bring wellness awareness, community connection, and valuable support resources to the forefront.
What Attendees Can Expect:
No-cost health screenings and wellness services, including blood pressure checks, glucose checks, HIV/STD testing, and hearing screenings. Private rooms will be available for applicable services.
Fresh produce for the first 50 attendees
Haircuts are back! Appointments may be scheduled before the event, with walk-ins welcomed afterward.
