Senior Stretching & Mobility Class

Looking to improve your range of motion, balance, and overall stability? Our Senior Stretching & Mobility Group is designed specifically for adults in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond who want to stay active, flexible, and strong.

Class Details:

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM

Duration: 45 minutes

Class Size: Limited to 15 participants for personalized attention

Instructor: Coach Harry – a lifelong health enthusiast in his 60s who truly practices what he preaches and is in the best shape of his life!

What to Expect:

Gentle but effective stretching and mobility exercises to enhance daily movement

Use of mats and stretching props (all provided)

Encouragement, care, and empowerment in every session

A welcoming and supportive environment

What to Wear Comfortable clothing

What to bring : Water bottle
