Class Details:
- When: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Class Size: Limited to 15 participants for personalized attention
- Instructor: Coach Harry – a lifelong health enthusiast in his 60s who truly practices what he preaches and is in the best shape of his life!
