This meetup is for older adults who want a fun, safe, and engaging way to stay active, no boxing experience required.
Our senior-focused boxing and fitness sessions use gentle, low-impact movements, simple coordination drills, and guided boxing patterns designed to support strength, balance, mobility, and mental sharpness. Exercises can be adapted for all abilities, including seated or standing options.
Beyond the physical benefits, this group is about confidence, brain health, and social connection. Expect a welcoming, supportive space to move, laugh, and connect with others while improving mood, focus, and overall well-being.
