Pisgah Inn Restaurant ~ On the Blue Ridge Parkway at 5,000 Ft!

The Pisgah Inn Restaurant on the Blue Ridge Parkway/post 408 has great food and spectacular views at 5,000 feet! Windows surround the main dining room and offer a panoramic view! Thanks to Dawn F. for suggesting this meetup!

You might want to visit their large gift shop after we dine or sit in one of the many rocking chairs outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air and spectacular views. There are also nearby walking trails to enjoy.

NOTE: I was only allow a max of 12 people for this meetup. That’s the largest party the restaurant will allow and reservations are required which we have for 1:00 PM (the only time slot they had available for a group). I cannot allow guests since we are limited to only 12 people. Please RSVP only if you fully intend on attending.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DIRECTIONS: Do NOT use dashboard GPS for it will take you miles out of the way. Please call the restaurant for directions from your location (828-235-8228) or the Pisgah Forest Visitors Center (828-877-3265). Also allow an extra 20-30 minutes to your travel time due to possible heavy traffic for its tourist season.
