Carolina Sky Highlands ~ Shaggy Cow Farm Tour

Carolina Sky Highlands is a farm in Marion, N.C. known for their shaggy highland cows.
I have scheduled us a one-hour tour to see those big, fluffy highland cattle! Also there are horses, Texas longhorns, and other farm animals. This will be a hands-on guided tour where we will be feeding, brushing (the highland cows love to be brushed!) and petting animals. 🐮 🐴 🐷 🐑

COST: $15. We will be getting a group discount (yay!) so instead of $20 our cost will be $15 per person for the one-hour tour. You will pay at the farm. They accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please dress very casual for we will probably be getting dirty. Definitely wear closed-toe shoes (I’m wearing rubber rain boots) for there will be “cow glitter” 💩 here, there, and everywhere! You might want to put some backup shoes in your car. 👞

RESTROOMS/HANDWASHING STATION: Available to wash all that fur off your hands from petting & feeding the animals.

DOGS: Not allowed for the safety of the farm animals. 🐶

DIRECTIONS: Your GPS may announce “arrived” before the bridge to the farm ~ ignore it! Go ahead and cross the bridge and you will see an open field. Just follow the parking signs.

LATE LUNCH: Countryside BBQ. For those who want to grab a bite to eat afterwards. It’s a come-as-you-are restaurant which would be perfect for us after being out with the farm animals! We might be a little smelly! 😜
