Michael has been a DS SOLIDWORKS Corp Product Definition team member since 2009. Michael’s focus at the beginning was the definition of the SOLIDWORKS Data Management solutions. Currently, Michael is helping to define the applications on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform that make up 3DEXPERIENCE Works, mainly the Governance and Design Engineering domains—before joining SOLIDWORKS Michael worked in industry for 20 years in roles ranging from Mechanical Design to Managing an Engineering Services team. Michael has worked in various industries such as Aerospace, DOD, and Commercial products.

In this presentation, you will learn the most efficient way to manage data that is created on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. An overview of each application's purpose will be described and then a deeper dive into the best practices for managing and sharing data. We will specifically describe the product's positioning and use of applications 3DSpace versus Bookmark Editor.
