The moment you can notice something, you can choose your response. Through concentration and insight practices, we develop skillful relationship with thoughts, emotions, and sensory experience through concentration and insight techniques – the full spectrum of human experience.
The co-created practice combines traditional techniques with contemporary approaches. We train the capacity to observe without reactive patterns, developing the clear awareness that informs wise choice-making – for ourselves and the ones around us.
This session welcomes all levels – you are welcome to join at any time. 🌱 Regular practitioners may access individual guidance or request additional group sessions for deeper exploration.
