🧘♀️Karolina Wargin (MA, MEd) is a Wellbeing Facilitator and founder of the Sensing Circle. With over a decade of experience in yoga practice and teaching, paired with a strong background in the arts and education, Karolina has spent the last five years organizing workshops, courses, and educational programs for universities, cultural institutions, NGOs, and individuals.
Through the Sensing Circle, Karolina seeks to empower highly sensitive women, helping them harness their unique qualities to enhance their overall well-being. Recognizing that many silently struggle with stress and burnout, she fosters a supportive environment where women can connect and thrive together.
