Full Throttle Bottles is my go-to store for gluten-free beer and hard cider and they have an impressive wine and regular beer selection. They carry wine, beer, cider & soda from all around the PNW as well as the nation and the world. Every Wednesday night is a tasting from 5-7pm. Mead is a honey wine - simply fermented honey, so it's naturally gluten-free. Erika, the owner, is so accommodating to her customers and the gluten-free community. The demand is there, and she gets it.
