A talk on Good Fats

I am on my way to earning my certificate in Nutritional Therapy this June and I would love to share my community project with you all. My topic will be discussing fats in our modern diet: the negative effects of a low fat/non-fat diet and the significance of essential fatty acids (EFA's). This is a talk I will be giving along with open discussion or questions at the end. The event is free of charge and very informational. I hope many of you can make it! This will be in a restaurant setting that is very allergy friendly, so please update your RSVP's accordingly so I can make reservations as it gets closer to the event.
