In-Person Level 1 Yoga with Nadia

Lets get things going again with our New Yoga instructor !

• See email for sign-up details:
• Pre-registration and sign-up is required but no pre-payment is necessary until a minimum number of members have signed-up.
• Easy Level 1 - Introductory - Class which will be necessary to pass before you are eligible to attend a Level 2 Class.
• Meet & Greet event will take place after class.
• Location of both events the same as last time which will be confirmed in the sign-up email.
• Bring your own Towel & Mat. Showers & Lockers are also available.
• Wear regular yoga style attire.
• This will be a regular Yoga Class with an invitation to do something more in future classes.
