🎤 During his talk, Ryan will speak about the "always-on" nature of working in SEO and Marketing, talking through his personal struggles with mental health and burnout, before jumping into some actionable tips that you can take away to improve your mental health whilst still killing it as a marketer.

💬 Approaching a decade in marketing, Ryan has worked in-house and agency side. Now the Marketing Manager at SEOTesting, he loves educating people on the benefits of testing for SEO. In his spare time, he follows lots of sports including football, the NFL and the NBA.
