Join us for a powerful and grounding weekly practice of Buddhist prostrations and meditation. This session is open to all β from first-timers to longtime practitioners.
π§ββοΈ What to Expect:
- Introduction to prostration (bowing) techniques
- 108 bows or step-by-step guided bowing
- Short seated meditation & tea sharing
- Space to reflect and connect
π‘ Prostration is a traditional full-body practice that helps release tension, clear the mind, and cultivate humility and gratitude through movement.
