This is a relaxed, open session for anyone seeking calm through mindful movement and basic seated meditation. No religious commitment needed — just bring your open mind and body.
✨ What to Expect:
– Guided yoga session led by Hyeyoon (in Korean with English support)
– Suitable for all levels, including beginners
– 10–15 min seated Seon meditation after yoga
– Quiet atmosphere, no chanting or rituals
📍 Location:
Jeweled Flower Seon Center (Bohwa Seonwon)
3rd floor, 58 Ujeongguk-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul
(across from Jogyesa Temple)
🗓 When:
Every Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00 PM
(please arrive 5–10 min early to settle in)

👚 What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes for yoga/stretching. Mats provided.
You may also bring your own yoga mat or cushion if preferred.

💸 Cost: Free (donations welcome but not required)
No experience needed. You don’t need to be Buddhist or flexible — just curious.
