Settle in, share intentions, and get ready to flow.
12:15–13:00 → 1st Focus Session (45 min)
Deep, uninterrupted focus.
13:00–13:15 → Break (15 min)
Stretch, sip, breathe.
13:15–14:00 → 2nd Focus Session (45 min)
Keep your momentum and flow state.
14:00–14:15 → Break (15 min)
Recharge for one last round.
14:15–15:00 → 3rd Focus Session (45 min)
Close the early flow with calm productivity.
If you arrive late, please join us quietly and introduce yourself during the break.
