Flea market Fundraiser for blind children

Hello pro bonors!

We are going to hold a Flea market at Hongdae to raise a charity fund for the blind children.

For our Pro bono program, we are currently working on a program for the students in Seoul National School for Blind.

Seoul National School for the Blind is a special educational establishment for the students with blindness and visual impairment that is located in Jongro-gu. In spite of visual impairment the students do their best to make their own dreams come true and many are willing to learn English.

This is a fundraising event that helps the blind children to go for a trip to the outskirt of Seoul and to learn English.

We are accepting donations of lightly used household items and collectibles including clothing, antiques, collectibles, artwork, kitchenware, jewelry, toys, books and odds and ends.

We would ask you that all items are clean and in sell-able condition. You can bring anything listed above that you would like to donate or to sell so that we can provide the visitors with a wide range of products at a reasonable price.

For people who would like to participate in donating items, we ask you to drop off the items to the Chinchintour office.

Flea market vendors including donors and crafters are welcome and encouraged to reserve a space. Send us an e-mail to cs@chinchintour.com or call 070-7433-7977.

Since this is an event based on altruism purpose, we are expecting not an obvious competition but a meaningful and memorable experience for both the vendors and buyers.

We have enough space for at least 10 people to set up and we can provide a blanket/table to each one. All people are welcome to donate even if you do not find anything you want to purchase.

Every 10,000 won raised sends one handicapped child to a trip outside of Seoul for a day.

Look around your house. You probably will see one or two items that you wouldn't miss!
