Introductory Session: Seoul Filmmaker’s Collective

This is the first Seoul Filmmaker’s Collective meeting!
The location for our introductory meeting Sunday at 1pm has been sent out to those who RSVPed. If you RSVP now, please also send me a DM for the location.
We have RSVPs from several interesting people with various different skills.

Tentative schedule:
15 min: Order something good and find a seat
15 min: Organizer introduction and group vision
60 min: Member introductions. If you have a reel, send it to me we'll watch it before or after your introduction. Please talk about your involvement in whatever stage of production you have experience in
60 min: Discuss learning objectives and goals. Decide subject and who will teach/ lead discussion at the next meetup

A note about the free entrance: Every prospective venue is a business trying to turn a profit. The venue we have access to is a privilege. We will have the ability to present on a big screen - so essential when we have material to show - and we will. It's just common curtesy to make it worthwhile for the owner.

Seoul Filmmaker’s Collective mission is to bring together people involved in various filmmaking roles who want to expand their knowledge; learn as much as they can about the other roles - every aspect of filmmaking. Each member should have a skill they can teach. And each member should plan on being involved with filmmaking exercise projects because the best way to learn - the only way to improve - is to practice. We'll team up and schedule projects separately.
