🪪 Certified Health & Exercise Manager
(One of the most difficult nationally recognized fitness certifications in Korea)

🎓 Master’s Degree in Progress
Currently studying at Korea National Sport University, writing a thesis on senior fitness.

🇺🇸 International Experience
Trained in the U.S., attended seminars, workshops, and bootcamps — bringing a wide range of training styles to your workout.
