## What is Gluten Free in Seoul?

GF in Seoul is a community created for those seeking a safe, delicious, and worry-free way to experience the city’s vibrant food culture.
We bring people together to navigate Seoul’s culinary landscape intentionally, sharing safe spots and meaningful moments—whether you’re living here long-term, a digital nomad, or just passing through.
GF Seoul is about creating a space where you don't have to explain your needs twice. Through thoughtfully curated meetups and shared meals, we invite you to discover that living gluten-free in Korea doesn't mean eating alone or missing out.

### About the community

GFS was founded with the intention of turning the challenge of gluten-free living into an opportunity for discovery and connection.
What started as a personal journey to find safe flavors in Seoul has grown into a supportive space where we care for one another. We believe that food is the heart of community, and everyone deserves a seat at the table, regardless of their dietary needs.

Community Rules
To ensure GF in Seoul remains a high-standard, safe, and supportive hub for everyone, we ask all members to follow these guidelines:
1. Safety First: Accuracy is vital. When sharing a location or product, please specify if it is 100% Gluten-Free or if it is a "Shared Kitchen" with cross-contamination risks. We rely on precise information to keep our community safe.

🤝 2. Respect & Inclusion We are a diverse, international community. Treat every member with kindness. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or judgmental behavior regarding anyone’s health choices or cultural background.

🚫 3. No Unsolicited Promotion This is a space for genuine connection and discovery. Please refrain from posting "spam" or promoting services/products unrelated to the gluten-free lifestyle without prior approval from the organizers.

📸 4. Privacy & Consent Always ask for permission before sharing photos or personal contact information of other members outside of our private digital circles. We value the privacy of our "Gluten-Free Members."

💡 5. Active Contribution Communities thrive when we share! If you find a new "hidden gem" or a safe product at the supermarket, let us know. Your discovery could be exactly what someone else is looking for.
