About us

Hi! I’m Aileen, founder of Alien’s Aileen — Korean Communication for Real Life.

This program is designed for foreigners who have been studying Korean for 6+ months but still feel unsure in real conversations.
However, even basic-level learners are welcome — because we focus not only on grammar and sentence structure, but on communication and culture. All sessions are conducted in English, so you can fully understand the context behind what you’re learning.

Because fluency isn’t just about grammar — it’s about reading the room.

We offer 1:1 and small group sessions focused on how Korean communication actually works in real-life contexts:

Workplace Communication — navigating hierarchy, emails, meetings, feedback styles, and office culture
Dating & Social Communication — understanding emotional signals, indirect expressions, and relationship dynamics
Everyday Conversations — casual speech, social boundaries, and natural interaction patterns

We focus on tone, timing, relational distance, and unspoken cultural cues — the elements textbooks don’t teach but real life requires.

Our goal is simple:
To help you sound not just correct, but natural and socially confident in Korea.
