Seon Meditation Breathing Morning Workshop

Are you interested in calming your mind? Would you like to breathe deeply and relax your body & mind? Come strengthen your body and mind with Korea's traditional meditation and breathing. After we will share tea and talk about your Korean horosocope called "saju".
At this workshop, I will introduce Seon(仙) Meditation’s danjeon breathing and meditation method during this class.
You will experience:
Seon exercises
Seon danjeon breathing
Seon cleansing and purifying meditation; a special meditation to open and cleanse your meridian lines and remove impure energy from the body.
