Are you interested in calming your mind? Would you like to breathe deeply and relax your body & mind? Come strengthen your body and mind with Korea's traditional meditation and breathing. After a short meditation, I will answer questions about your health body type or Korean horoscope - saju.

At this workshop, I will introduce Seon(仙) Meditation’s danjeon breathing and meditation method during this class.

You will experience:

 Seon exercises
 Seon danjeon breathing
 Seon sitting meditation; learn froma master how to quiet the mind
and go deeply into universe breathing
