PyLadies is an international mentorship group that helps more women become active participants in the Python community. PyLadies Seoul is the Seoul chapter, building a network where women developers can grow together.
📚 The PyLadies Book Club meets on the first Wednesday evening of every month to read and discuss a selected book online. It's a gathering where we can share insights about technical books and enjoy networking.November Book Club Selection: 『The Staff Engineer's Path』
In November's book club, we'll read 『The Staff Engineer's Path (Korean title: 개발자를 넘어 기술 리더로 가는 길)』, which covers the journey from developer to tech leader. This book explores the roles and challenges at each stage—from mentor, tech lead, manager, to CTO—based on real-world experience. Any developer contemplating career growth can relate to and enjoy this book.
