PyLadies는 Python 커뮤니티에서 더 많은 여성들이 활동할 수 있도록 돕는 국제 멘토십 그룹입니다. PyLadies Seoul은 서울 지부로, 여성 개발자들이 성장할 수 있는 네트워크를 만들어가고 있습니다.

📚 파이레이디스 북클럽은 매달 첫째 주 수요일 저녁, 선정한 한 권의 책을 함께 읽고 온라인에서 이야기를 나눕니다. 기술 도서를 함께 읽으며 인사이트를 공유하고, 네트워킹도 즐길 수 있는 모임입니다.

9월 북클럽에서는 우아한형제들이 성장하며 겪은 온보딩, 개발, 문화, 이슈관리 등을 담은 『요즘 우아한 개발』를 함께 읽습니다.
이 책은 모든 직종의 개발자가 부담 없이 읽을 수 있는 책으로, 누구나 우아한형제들의 일하는 문화를 접할 수 있습니다.

For our September Book Club, we'll be reading 『Modern Elegant Development (요즘 우아한 개발)』 together, which covers onboarding, development, culture, and issue management as experienced during Woowa Brothers' growth journey. This book is accessible to developers of all backgrounds and offers insights into Woowa Brothers' work culture.

👥Recommended for:

• Problem-solvers interested in building healthy dev cultures
• Those growing with expanding organizations and adapting to change
• People exploring stories beyond tech and sharing great books

✏️Don't feel pressured! It's okay if you don't finish the entire book. Just prepare the following few things to join our discussion:

• A comfortable and open mind
• Impressive passages from the book you'd like to share
• Stories, experiences, and interests you'd like to discuss

• Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025, 9:00 PM (Book reading session starts at 8:00 PM)
• Main session: Starts at 9:00 PM.

If you haven’t had a chance to read the book, join us from 8:00 PM in the Discord voice channel for a group reading session!

• Location: Private voice channel on the PyLadies Seoul Discord server
• Access to the private channel will be granted based on the nickname you provide in your RSVP after joining the Discord server.
• Please join the Discord server by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, August 5, to ensure smooth access and participation!
• Who can join: All women are welcome
