Ahyeon Elysia Lee, Vice President of Woozoo - Woozoo is a social venture providing modern and affordable shared housing for young people in Seoul, South Korea. At the time writing, Woozoo has over 500 tenants with its 100th shared house having opened in July 2018, plans to open a dedicated 240-unit coliving space by the end of 2019, and ambitious plans to take the brand global. Jaeyoon Lee, CEO of ZipToss - ZipToss aims to transform the Korean real estate rental market by providing commission-free brokerage services to prospective residential tenants. As of June 2018, the company operates five offline real estate agencies to accompany its online listings and information platform. (Presentation in Korean with Korean-to-English Interpretation.)
