What we’re about
Living abroad can be exciting, but it can also bring fear, self-doubt, and anxiety—especially when speaking in public, expressing yourself in another language, or navigating unfamiliar social situations. This class is designed to help Korean participants understand how thoughts shape emotions, confidence, and behavior, and how changing internal dialogue can create real confidence from within.
In this online session, we will explore how fear develops in the mind, why public speaking and social situations can feel overwhelming abroad, and how to gently retrain thought patterns that limit self-expression. The focus is not performance or perfection, but emotional safety, clarity, and self-trust.
This class is especially helpful for:
Koreans living or studying abroad
Those struggling with fear of public speaking or self-expression
Individuals wanting to build confidence in international or multicultural environments
Anyone interested in personal growth, mindset, and emotional resilience
The session is guided in a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space. Concepts are explained clearly and slowly so they are easy to understand, even if English is not your first language. Reflection, awareness, and practical mental tools will be shared to help participants feel more grounded and confident in real-life situations.
This is not therapy, but an educational and empowering experience focused on understanding the power of thought and how it influences confidence, fear, and identity while living abroad.
