The Purpose of KOSINAM (KOrean SItes and NAMes)
KOSINAM was founded with a clear vision: to foster a community of history and culture enthusiasts interested in exploring Korea’s heritage through meaningful historical walks and site visits. Our primary goal is to create a platform where members can come together to deepen their understanding of Korean traditions, historic landmarks, and cultural narratives. We believe that by exploring Korea’s significant sites and names, members can engage with history in a fun and enriching way, enhancing their appreciation for the country's cultural identity. Through KOSINAM, we aim to increase awareness and appreciation of Korea’s history, making it accessible, insightful, and enjoyable for all.

After our dramatic journey along Mokmyeoksan, this holiday we explore the eastern ridgeline of Seoul’s fortress — the Naksan Section.
This walk unravels hidden waterways, sacred gates, forgotten walls, and urban dreams.
Join Dr. KOSINAM, historian and storyteller, as we climb through one of the most beautiful and lesser-known routes of Hanyangdoseong, now re-emerging as a cultural landmark through restoration and reinterpretation.🎥 This tour will also be filmed for our YouTube channel,
“KOSINAM’s Historical Walk”, with our regular cast Emma and video director Samuel.> Filming focuses primarily on Dr. KOSINAM’s commentary. If you wish to appear in footage, kindly speak to Samuel on-site.

KOSINAM’s Historical Walk- The historical narration will be delivered by our main host, Dr. KOSINAM, a cultural historian and storyteller.
- Our regular cast includes Emma, Jeff, and Henna, who join each journey to explore, reflect, and engage with the history.
- Video direction and editing are managed by Samuel, the organizer and videographer of the series.
