Physical Computing For Makers, Artists, Hardware Hacker Newbs and Scientists

Details

This online Zoom event is to survey how much interest there is in restarting offline events in the form of hardware hacking with Arduino and Raspberry Pi, with a view to helping people realize their ideas for this low-cost but powerful technology, especially applied to creative art uses, new media, combatting environmental issues, personal security, and citizen science.

I'm not sure how many people will attend, but it is a good opportunity to gauge how many people are actually left in Seoul from the Seoul Art Meetup Group, and who is interested in checking this out.

Agenda:

  • What Arduino is?
  • What Raspberry Pi is?
  • Why you should try mess around with it, and
  • How it can be a good way to begin playing with (or seriously learning) coding
  • Discuss (inclusive) future event ideas

If you come, please think about the final point, and whether this would be something you would enjoy taking part in.
