⛰️ Please enjoy hikes with guidance about pace, forks in the trails, break time and photo points.
👣 We will guide you to sensory hiking, meditative way of breathing, stretching and for some trails with barefoot walking, or meditative silent walking.
🍃 Hiking trails - Goguryeojeong pavillion, view to han river ,Jamsil Lotte Tower,4 remains of forfeit.
TRAILS : well-managed trail, some part of stairs, some part of padded with mat, deck trail along forest
DISTANCE : 6~7Km
ELEVATION GAIN : 287 meters

⛈️ We hike in all kinds of weather. We are grateful for all weather and enjoy hiking safely in all conditions, just as they are!
☔️ In the case of heavy rain, we may:

1. Find a place on the trail to avoid rain.
2. Hike along anyway with umbrellas and rain jackets.
3. Urban hike to find the best local restaurant to have a meal with drinks!
